Position Summary:
We are seeking a warm, reliable, Christian Teacher’s Aide to support the lead teacher in a Christ-centered Early Childhood classroom. This role involves assisting with daily activities, nurturing young students, and helping maintain a loving, structured learning environment. The ideal candidate will model biblical values and contribute to the school’s mission of spiritual and academic growth.
Essential Responsibilities:
● Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities, lessons, and transitions
● Engage students positively through play and hands-on learning
● Provide caring support with personal needs (snacks, handwashing, etc.)
● Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
● Model Christ-like character and support the school’s Christian mission
● Communicate effectively with the teacher and staff while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
● Strong personal Christian faith and commitment to biblical values
● Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a love for young children
● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
● Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively
● High school diploma or equivalent

We are looking for a Hot Lunch Program Worker whose life reflects:

Position Summary:
The Hot Lunch Worker plays a vital role in supporting the school’s mission by providing a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for students during hot lunch service. This position contributes directly to a positive school culture through excellent food service, student interaction, and teamwork. 10-12 hours per week

Essential Job Functions:
● Create and maintain a welcoming and positive dining environment for students.
● Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
● Assist in preparing and serving meals efficiently.
● Ensure that food portions and quality meet established standards.
● Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and cafeteria area.
● Assist with inventory, storage, and proper food handling procedures.
● Work collaboratively as part of the hot lunch team and actively support coworkers.
● Interact with students in a friendly and respectful manner.
● Encourage and model good manners and respect among students.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous experience in school, cafeteria, or food-service settings is helpful, but the role is accessible to motivated individuals who demonstrate the above skills and a heart for serving children in a Christian school community.

Our Mission

We are looking for an Aftercare Employee whose life reflects:
• A lifestyle of biblical integrity
• A spirit of dedication, commitment, flexibility, and responsiveness

Position Summary:
Join our team to provide a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for students from the end of the school day until Aftercare closes at 6:00 p.m. Work alongside at least one other aftercare staff member in a role that supports our Christ-centered community. Approximately 15 hours per week.

Essential Responsibilities:
● Be in the building by 2:45 p.m. and remain on campus until every child is picked up by an approved guardian.
● Assist with student check-in and check-out.
● Serve snacks and clean up afterward.
● Coordinate snack purchases and necessary supplies with the school office.
● Enforce school policies for playground and building use.
● Supervise outdoor play.
● Complete epi-pen training.
● Maintain open communication with the Head of School regarding safety, behavior, or supervision concerns.

Preferred Qualifications: 
● Prior experience working in childcare
● A genuine enjoyment of working with children

Days: Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Times: 8:00 am – 3:15 pm
Grades: Kindergarten – 8th Grade

Rate of Pay: Long-term substitute teachers are paid the regular sub rate of $105/day on days 1-10. On day 11, long-term sub pay of $125/day goes into effect for the remainder of the assignment.

Position Summary
The long-term substitute is responsible for providing classroom instruction and management for the art teacher who is absent for an extended period of time. The long-term substitute works the regular hours of the absent classroom teacher during his/her absence.

We are looking for an Art Teacher Substitute whose life reflects:

Essential Responsibilities
● Create a supportive, engaging learning environment for students.
● Establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to provide an orderly, productive classroom environment.
● Effectively instruct and manage students, following art lesson plans and assignments provided.
● Evaluate progress and growth of students, including grading assignments, quizzes, and tests. Report daily attendance, prepare progress reports and report cards, and conduct other recordkeeping activities as needed.
● Identify student needs and cooperate with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve learning, health and attitude problems.

Preferred Qualifications
● Prior experience teaching in a classroom setting
● Experience with art/art education
