Twin Oaks Christian School first opened its doors in September of 1972

It was originally called Glenridge Christian School, a ministry of the Glenridge Presbyterian Church. The school we know today began as a simple idea: establish a Christian school so children could learn and grow in an environment that supported the values of their churches and homes.

1972

The first year included six students in grades 1-3 and one teacher.

1973

Expanded up to 5th grade. Enrollment jumped to 17 students.

1978

Added Kindergarten, school now served K-6.

1992

School moved to Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church building and was renamed Twin Oaks Christian School.

2006

First 8th grade class graduates.
